Advisory Council

The Advisory Council serves as a critical community champion of Graceful Gears. Members of the Advisory Council share their gifts in service to our mission by providing our organization with their professional expertise, connections to local, national or international resources, colleagues or peers, or other forms of needed assistance. Graceful Gears is lucky to have such amazing Advisory Council Members to support our organization and mission. 


Brad Oleshansky

Brad created the M1 Concourse - the largest Private Garage community in the world in 2011. In 2019 Brad exited to launch The Motor Enclave, the first unified brand for experiential automotive communities. Two-time winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He graduated from Ithaca College and Southwestern University School of Law.


Rob Kurnick Jr.

Rob has served as President of the Penske Automotive Group, Inc. since April 2008. He also serves as President and a director of Penske Corporation, which he joined in 1995. Penske Corporation is a privately owned diversified transportation services company that holds, through its subsidiaries, interests in a number of businesses.


Ross Klein

Ross is the founder, Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer of Changebridge Capital, LLC. Previously, he served as a Long/Short Generalist and Portfolio Manager at Boston Partners for 10 years. Ross received the CFA designation in 2014 and a BS in Business Administration from Babson College.


Daniel Ackerman

Daniel Ackerman

Daniel graduated from the College of William & Mary in 2016 and the University of Michigan Law School in 2019. Daniel is currently an Associate Attorney at Butzel Long, where he focuses on a wide variety of legal matters involving automotive suppliers and manufacturers.
